Paparazzi Kitchen is a cooked-food and catering business based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Pickup address: 325 Kippen Pl, Ottawa, Ontario K2J 0N8. Phone: 613-302-0413. Email: contactpaparazzikitchen@gmail.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Paparazzi Kitchen, and “you” means the customer placing the order.

We cook in large quantities — trays, pots, wraps and pieces — for families, parties, weddings, birthdays, church and corporate events, and other occasions. We do not operate a per-plate restaurant service, and sizes shown on our menu are bulk quantities intended to serve groups.

Submitting an order or a catering request through this website is a request, not a completed contract. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order. Large, custom and catering orders are normally confirmed by phone or email before final payment. We may decline an order where we do not have the capacity, ingredients or lead time to fulfil it properly.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales tax (Ontario HST) is added where required and is shown as a separate line before you pay. Prices shown on the website may change, but the price confirmed on your order is the price that applies to that order.

Pickup is free from our Ottawa location at the time we agree with you. Delivery is available for an additional fee based on your location and the size of your order. Delivery fees are confirmed by us before payment; for delivery orders your final total, including tax, is only set once that fee is confirmed.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact number, event time and venue access details, and for making sure someone is available to receive the food. We cannot be responsible for food quality issues caused by a failed or delayed handover at your end.

Ingredient availability varies. Where a dish or ingredient is unavailable, we may make a reasonable substitution of comparable quality. We will contact you about any substitution that meaningfully changes your order before we proceed.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, milk, eggs, soy, wheat and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from a given allergen unless we have explicitly confirmed that in writing for your specific order.

You must tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement in your order notes or by contacting us before your order is confirmed. If you or your guests have a severe allergy, please speak to us directly before ordering.

Catering quotes are prepared for your specific event and are valid only for the event details you gave us. Quoted amounts are shown pre-tax with HST calculated on top; the tax-inclusive total is the amount payable. We may require a booking deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before or on the event date as agreed with you.

Online payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, through a secure checkout. Paparazzi Kitchen does not receive or store your raw card details. We keep only payment status and reference information needed to reconcile your order. Your use of the checkout is also subject to the payment processor's own terms.

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms and is incorporated by reference. Please read it before placing an order.

We work hard to deliver on time. Occasionally, events outside our reasonable control — severe weather, road closures, utility or equipment failure, supplier failure, illness, or government restrictions — may delay or prevent fulfilment. If that happens we will contact you as soon as we can and work with you on a new time or a refund in line with our refund policy.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law, and nothing here purports to waive non-waivable consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any statutory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
