Cancellation & Refund Policy

We cook to order in large quantities, so how much notice you give us directly affects what we can refund. Here is exactly how it works.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email contactpaparazzikitchen@gmail.com or call 613-302-0413 with your order number. The notice period is measured from the time we receive your request to your scheduled pickup, delivery or event time.

Refund tiers by notice period

  • 7 or more days before your scheduled pickup, delivery or event — 100% refund.
  • 3 to 6 days before75% refund.
  • 48 to 72 hours before50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before — no refund.
  • Once food preparation has started — no refund, regardless of the notice period above.

Changing your date

One date change may be requested with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to our availability on the new date. If we cannot accommodate the new date, the refund tiers above apply based on your original date.

Deposits on large catering and custom orders

Large catering and custom orders may require a booking deposit to secure your date. A deposit may become non-refundable once we have purchased special ingredients for your event or once preparation has begun. Where that has not yet happened, deposits are refunded according to the tiers above.

Delivery fees

Where a delivery fee has been charged but not yet incurred by us, that fee is refunded in full whenever the rest of the order is refundable.

If Paparazzi Kitchen cancels

If we have to cancel your order for any reason, we refund all amounts you have paid for the affected order, including any deposit and delivery fee. We will contact you as soon as we know and, where possible, offer an alternative date.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds can take several business days to appear on your statement.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law. Where this policy conflicts with a right you cannot waive, that right applies.
